This hotel was excellent! It was in a great location and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel let us check in at 10 even though the check in time was a few hours later. They also let us store our luggage for a couple of hours on the checkout day so we could see some more of the town before catching the train. The wifi was also really good!

Good value for the dollar. The B&B hotel is located in the city center, within a walking distance to major attractions. The staff was friendly and attentive. The restaurant offered decent meals at good prices. The only drawback was the lack of an English language menu. Peter S., Toronto, Canada

Wonderful friendly & helpful staff. Media pension is good value for the budget traveller-plentiful portions, flexible timing, efficient service, good choice. Air con, hairdrier, plentiful hot water. Central location, easy to get to everywhere.
The towels, at best, were the type that didn't dry you and at worst, had holes. No lift.

The hotel staff is friendly. The hotel is located very central, within a few minutes walking distance from the cathedral. Nearby there are cafés, small shops etc. I stayed in the room # 102, a very quite twin room with windows to the inner garden. It´s quite spacious and has a tv. The hotel has its own restaurant, maybe not the cheapest one, but therefore you have a variety of drinks and snacks for your breakfast or whenever you order something (it seems to close at 22:30 though). It´s a really good deal for the price.
The room wasn´t too clean. The bath could have been cleaner.

We had a large, quiet, clean and comfortable room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke a little English. There were two large single beds in the room, the air con worked fine and we had flat screen tv (Spanish only). Breakfast was included in the room rate and was ok for the price. We also had a couple of evening meals in the Hostal Palacios which were very good value so would recommend the half-board package if it is still available.

Convenient location, nice sized room, very clean.
Almost impossible to connect to Wi-fi, and when you did the failed failed after a few minutes.

Clean and well equipped rooms. Near the town center.
Breakfast very poor, continental (one litlle sandwich). The restorant staff did n`t English language. General characteristics in Spain - very few people know English or other foreign language. Inconceivable from a tourism superpower.

well located. right in the hart of old city!
don't have a parking.. it's very hard to get to the hotel by car.. the streets are very very narrow so it's very difficult to drive through them... we left our car outside the old city (outside the walls), and take a taxi to the hotel...

Its superb location right in the heart of the old city - I was there for part of Semana Santa and some of the processions passed in front of the hotel, right under my window. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. Standard continental breakfast was included in the room price. The attached restaurant is excellent, offering a good range of fixed priced menus. Apart from the processions, despite its location in the centre of the city, I was not bothered by street noise. The room was clean and comfortable, (though perhaps a little small for a double), and the bathroom was more than adequate. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toledo.
One very minor criticism - the tv was too small.

The location is superb. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food at the adjoining restaurant is very good, served by friendly waiters.
The control of the guests' noisemaking while shouting to each other at 0230, can be improved.
